Did you know you can freeze Avocados?

I had NO CLUE that I could freeze avocados and use them later.  I have wasted at least 4 avocados this year, and some were almost $1 each.  I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but think of all of the $$$'s that get thrown in the trash (or compost) because we forget to eat it, or simply just don't want to eat it....i get tired of leftovers...don't you?
