Chicken Stuffed Shells

After spending week with my favorite Sarah in PA, I tried to copy one of her recipes.  (It didn't turn out 100% like hers, but it was still pretty good)

Chicken Stuffed Shells
1 box Jumbo shells
6 small or 3 large boneless skinless chicken breasts
Italian seasoning
1/3 head cabbage, chopped small
2 tbsp oil
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 can of spaghetti sauce

Cook chicken with Italian seasoning and cut or shred. (I cook mine in water, then cut).

In frying pan, add oil and cabbage.  Cook cabbage until translucent.

 Add cooked cut up chicken.

Boil the jumbo shells until tender.

Drain.  In 9x13 pan, stuff jumbo shells with chicken.  Once all shells are stuffed, sprinkle each shell with cheese, cover liberally with sauce.  Cook for 20-30 minutes.  (Forgive me for not taking the end picture. They look like the shells on the Barilla box, but instead of a creamy cheesy filling, it is chicken/cheese filled).  Yumm-o!
