Getting Kids Interested in Exercising in the Winter

Since incorporating exercise into our daily activities during school (from 10:30-11-ish) it has been difficult to find something that we all enjoy doing. 

Here are a few activities that we have enjoyed so far:


Biking


Walking

Walking/Running

Sledding *Favorite so far

Utilizing Exercise videos
(THE BOY isn't a huge fan, but we recently checked out a Martial Arts video on learning Martial Arts kicks and that seemed to catch his interest)

Random exercise regimen--running up & down the stairs, jumping jacks, The Ninja M100 workout (THE BOY loves this)


And since it is winter, we are looking for more exciting ways to exercise together. (A 6-year old, 12-year old and mom) that is fun and a great workout for us all.
